What exactly are Eating Disorders? Are serious disorders in eating manners, such as extreme and injurious reduction of food intake or harsh overeating? Eating Disorders are convoyed by feelings of pain or too much worry about weight or body shape. The alternative names of Eating Disorders are Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge eating.


What are the types of Eating Disorders? There are three main types of Eating Disorders:

  • Anorexia Nervosa
  • Binge Eating Disorder

3. Binge Eating Disorder:
Binge Eating Disorder is also a one of the main type of Eating Disorder; you eat too much quantities of food within a small period of time.

However, in combination with an eating disorder, depression is beyond devastating and is often masked within the eating disorder itself.
